摘要:
肱骨近端骨折是临床常见骨折,对于复杂肱骨近端骨折患者或对肩关节功能恢复要求较高的患者,切开复位钢板内固定术是一种理想的治疗方式。但钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折,术后有发生肱骨头坏死、骨折不愈合、内固定失败、肩峰下撞击征及腋神经损伤等并发症的风险。本文结合近年来的相关文献,对肱骨近端骨折钢板内固定术后这些常见并发症的研究进展进行了综述。
