摘要:
马尾神经根松弛症(redundant nerve roots,RNRs)是一种特殊影像学表现,在腰椎管狭窄症(lumbar spinal stenosis,LSS)患者中发生率较高。目前国内外学者对RNRs做了较多的相关研究,但对其发生率、形成机制、临床意义等尚无统一定论。本文从RNRs的内涵、发生率、形成机制、临床表现、诊断、治疗以及RNRs与LSS术后疗效的相关性几个方面对RNRs的研究进展进行了综述。
